Trojans and their removal

So, assuming I had a trojan, do I need particular software to detect/remove it? I ask because I'm being spammed, and the hook is that I've apparently got a trojan and should run their win32/bagle.j worm to fix it
It got me thinking; is spybot and NOD32 enough to stop trojans? I'm not familiar with their vectors at all. Any tips?

You want to grip the base as you pull out, because as you go limp there's a chance you might pull out of it but not actually pull it out of her. It's critical you don't risk spilling any sperm at this point, because if you do, it's just like you fucked her bareback (minus the risk of disease for you). Once you're clear, roll it off, making sure to keep the tip facing the floor. Wrap it in some paper towels or Kleenex and throw it in the trash--putting it down the toilet risks clogging your plumbing and makes more work for the treatment plant at the end of the line. Wipe off your dick, put your underpants back on, and get back in the bed--she'll probably want some cuddling or something.
Oh, wait. You didn't mean that kind of Trojan, did you?

Such things have always been self-expanatory, actually. Thanks for the thought though.

Spybot will not remove such trojans. NOD32 may, but I'm not familiar with that antivirus scanner. Update your definitions, unplug your computer from any network and run a scan.

Try TDS3. It works for me

Just some clarifications
A antivirus program will in most cases NOT detect and remove Trojans.
For that you need an anti Trojan application.
TDS-3 is the weapon of choice for me and Einhander also uses it.
Note an anti Trojan app will NOT detect viruses.

Get the removers from the Symantic website.

Excellent, thanks guys. I'm confident I don't actually have a trojan, but I'm glad to have clarification that they are indeed a seperate breed from viruses and spybots. Thanks Einy for the link, runnign a search with 'trojan' in it doesn't work too good!
