of migrating my webspace over to my isp 'cause they now offer free hosting to those w/ accounts. Would road runner be of such greater quality (compared to angelfire) (interms of storage/bandwidth etc...)
to be worth dragging my shit across the net?

It would almost certainly be better than free hosting sites such as Geocities or Angelfire.
