Codec trouble

I have a movie that I can't play.

G-Spot gives me the following info:

Video codec: XVid
Audio codec: ogg_vorbis_3_plus (0x6771) Ogg Vorbis

I'm using ffdshow, but it can't decode this type of audio stream.

Also my google search revealed nothing usefull.

Can anyone tell me where can I get a suitable codec?

You need OggDS to decode the audio stream.

I have installed that, but it's still not working. G=Spot says the codec is not installed and the system won't play it either.

You can also try MediaXW, see if that works.

Nothing changes. Codec still not found, says GSpot.

That is very strange ... you used the installers for both programs, righ?

Yup.

I have even rebooted for several times since then and to no effect. I think I'll just drop that movie. Too much trouble.
