The Ankh-Morpork Watch in NWN

I've been converting a few of the Watch to NeverWinter Nights, so far I think with decent results. Anyone who knows a bit of D&D and/or GURPS Discworld is welcome to give me their two cents and stuff.
I read somewhere about converting GURPS scores to D&D ability scores, and it pretty much says "leave them as they are" so ST 14 = Str 14. Don't know if I should fudge this somehow, but well.
So far this is more or less what I've done:
Commander Vimes: level 9 fighter, stats (Str,Dex,Con,Int,Wis,Cha) = 11,12,12,14,14,10
Captain Carrot: level 7 fighter, stats = 19,16,16,13,10,14 (from charisma +4 advantage, maybe it's too low).
Sergeant Detritus: half-orc, level 4 barbarian, 1 fighter, stats = 23,12,13,9,10,10
Sergeant Colon: level 3 fighter, stats = 8,10,9,11,11,10
Corporal Nobbs: level 2 rogue, 1 fighter, stats = 8,12,8,10,10,10 (human but uses halfling model)
Constable Angua: race="shapechanger" (but looks human), level 3(should be 5?) fighter, stats = 11,13,13,13,10,10. I suppose shapechanging should be handled by script/plot.
I made some standard equipment for them, which includes a light xbow, a shortsword, and a AC8 "breastplate", kinda gold-colored (bronze?). exceptions are carrot (who has a vorpal? +5 longsword) and no bow, and has a slightly different looking armor (added the "protective" -immunity to knockdown?- and it's really shiny, cha+1, maybe should add a penalty to stealth), vimes who has a +1 xbow, shortsword and armor, colon has a shortbow instead of xbow, nobby has a ugly rusted armor (cha-1), a +1 xbow (hogswatch gift) and a club instead of sword (dunno why), and detritus has a club and a +5 mighty heavy crossbow (usable only by half-orcs, supposed to be an ex-"siege bow"), also changed the armor look a bit (also only usable by half-orcs)
These aren't PCs or henchmen, I just tried to make them faithful to the books even if the player is never going to see their "nonlootable" stuff, haha - maybe if they watch them fight some rabble of vampires or a dragon, I don't know.
I'll post a screenshot momentarily.
