Downloaded the Starwars mod for Seiv Gold last night, but it wont work! Keeps telling me that there are errors with the components.txt file concerining the anti-ship warheads targeting.

this is a fresh install with no editing. can anyone help? I played around with it, but Im missing something obviously..

I have the demo version of SE IV. Would the mod work with it ?

No idea. I got the proper one. It might though..I can give you a link to the mod if you want it?

1. Try asking for help on the Shrapnel Games forums, arcane as they are. People are genuinely helpful there.
2. Try putting the mod into it's own folder, and using Matryx's Mod Launcher.
3. Don't try running mods for the full game with the demo. The demo is old and missing numerous files from the full version. It CAN be done, but you'd have to know what files to replace and where.

I am interested. What is the link the mod ?

do a search on the SEIV forums for Matryx launcher. That should get it for you

If you've got the SeIV Gold disk its in the one of the folders (extras/addons or something)
