I accidentally set a pornographic image as my active desktop in windows 200 0 professional. I've removed it from the regular desktop but it's stuck as the background whenever i hit ctrl-alt-delete. How to I remove it?

That background (the one 'behind' the background you normally see) is in a file somewhere. Pull up the images and look round till you find it.

Have you tried just turning off Active Dekstop?

If you right click on the desktop select Active Desktop and uncheck the file?

Don't know if it was the exact same thing, but you could try making setting the background to something different again.

This is punishment for watching porn

Maybe you have a restore point from before the "accident"?

Find another pic and right click/ Set as Wallpaper. That should replace the naughty pic.

Unlike WinME and WinXP, Windows 2000 doesn't have System Restore.
