I downloaded the newest Mozilla a little while ago.

Since I set it up, it's been unable to run. I double click the icon. Nothing. I try through the Start menu. Nothing.

Anyone able to offer advice?

Did you delete the old version or put this download into a separate folder? Usually conflicts with the profile manager can stop the browser from loading and overwriting a previous instal can mess with files etc.

I deleted the original.

Now I've tried it twice more. Still nothing.
