Spybot Failure?

Have any of you guys had any problems with Spybot S&D not seeming to work? The last couple of times I've run it, it hasn't even picked up the cookies in the temp files like it usually does, and it hasn't been able to find any updates for the last two months.

Did you try reinstalling it?
