Problem with StuffIt

Everytime I run the StuffIt Expander self-extracting archive, it works fine, but then in the Preparing to Install phase it freezes and displays 'Error 1347: Invalid Drive E;/', then quits. Now, how the hell is this happening, and what can I do to stop it?

IS the hard drive that you want to extract to labled E? If not then change the destination.

Problem is, I cant change the destination for some fucked up reason.
