Anyone know how to start the advances to reach the 4th planet in the Sci-Fi game?
I've been asked why I still follow a few of the people I know on Facebook with 'interesting political habits and view points'.

It's so when they comment on or approve of something, I know what pages to block/what not to vote for.

Actually, I also hope somebody can answer that, as I could use the info also. I just started playing the Civ. games, having gotten bored with the
Age of Empires series.
