MGS Substance video problem

Every time I start up MGS Substance I get sound but not video. I have tried adjusting the settings in options and even tried downloading the patch even though it's for Radeon card users and my vid card is an Intel 8284G.
Any other suggestions anyone might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
