Annoying computer problems!

My comp has 80 gigs in memory. It's a family comp, it has a couple of low memory games, lots of picture and text files as it is the family business comp. But each drive has like 9 gigs left! This is obscene, I tell you. How do I clean my comp? Ace said that this could probably be caused by ad-ware and temp files. So how do I cleanse my temple of these blasphemous filth?!

Isn't SpyBot S&D better than Ad-Aware?
Anyway, add to that list TreePie (
http://treepie.sourceforge.net/), which makes a pie chart on which folders/files use the most space.

Thanks for the program, I expect i'll find my Freespace Source and Mod dictionary take up too much space.

It simply selects Temporary Instal Files, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and whatnot plus Compressed Files(Say if you installed windows on this comp more than once and decided to keep the old instal incase you wanted to revert)

By selecting Clean Cookies it will, however, delete things like the auto-login to these boards. So make sure you have all your passwords handy

Jesus Christ! Whenever I use IE, after turning on the comp, the homepage isn't Yahoo, it's some shitty site which instantly redirects me to Yahoo. I tried setting Yahoo as my homepage, but every time I turn on the comp and use IE, the browser always gets redirected to Yahoo. And there are always annoying pop-ups. And the browser toolbars get modified, some additional toolbar with the name of KIND CDROM always pops out of nowhere.
HELP!!!

I use Ad-Aware to get rid of spyware, Spybot S&D to get rid of and immunize, and Spyware Blaster to immunize. That shit about your browser redirecting, not saving your homepage, popups, and that toolbar is all spyware/adware. The programs I and others have mentioned should get rid of that, and prevent it from happening again.
