Video to Flash conversion

Is there any freeware that anyone knows of that doesn't have an overly obtrusive watermark that is video-to-flash conversion with the option to encode a player bar into the video (and that doesn't loop when I tell it not to)?

I think that either SnagIt or Camtasia can do that, they also put a player bar sort of thing at the bottom (optional?).
