Hard Drive, heading for retirement

So, I wake up this morning and find that instead of diligently folding protiens through the night it had crashed and been unable to reboot. I power cycle, and as it starts up it gives me this error message about the "hard drive not preforming with in expected parameters" and I should "back up data immediatly."

It isn't making any grinding noises, but I figure I ought to replace it ASAP and 40 Gigs is starting to feel cramped anyways.

So now I've got a Caviar 120Gig HD coming in on Wednesday, and I was wondering if any of you fine fellows out there on SD.net could give me advice on transfering my goodies onto the new drive when I put it in. Until then I'll avoid touching my current machine any more than I have to, and especially avoid doing anything that hits the HD more than once.
