Anyone remembers the old videos found in the Win95 OS disk? You know, the music videos they put so as to showoff MS media capabilities?

So, who on earth are the Wheezers(are they the same as the band?) and anyone knows who sang the second song, the "Good times, bad times, give me some of that?"

I keep hearing that second song on the "oldies" station here, even back in 1995, and, well, I thought I just ask.
