Question about streaming Flash...

Okay, so I have a big project I need help with...
I'm trying to create several streaming Flash files from *.mpg movies. One example of what I'm trying to do is here.
What I need to do is get it to play (a) smoothly, and (b) immediately, like the movie shown here.
Now, I have Camtasia Studio downloaded for the trial period (to buy it, if it is recommended by you guys, unless there's something better?) so that I can convert the movies to Flash and get the HTML docs necessary for it.
However, first off, the Flash file is like 150MB for the above file (very bad). Plus, it requires another Flash file for the toolbar, as well as a config.xml file. But the second video I show is just a Flash file, as far as I know.
That said, how can I make my movie (the first one) stream as quickly and as smoothly as the second one?
Also, I haven't been able to determine how much bandwidth a Flash file like this uses. How much bandwidth does a Flash file usually use?
