Monitor power consumption

The school district I work at has this old (Mitsubishi DiamondTron 20H, made in 1995) 20" CRT that they have no good use for; it consumes way too much desk space, it's grossly disproportionate to anything else in the district, and nobody has a need for any screen that big any way.
So I'm considering taking it as they'd otherwise just shelve it indefinitely or "STRUT" it (Students Recycling Used Technology... basically our tech disposal service). But, given that it's an older beast, it only performs marginally better than my current 17" with regard to resolutions and refresh rates.
What I'm wondering is how much more power this monitor is likely to consume than my 17" monitor.
