The error I keep getting is

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

I have no idea what it means, but the CD is in the CD drive, it brings up a menuse to play it, look at the CD, and uninstall when it is put in. I just want it to work. Any help appreciated.

I've already tried re-installing, restarting, and all that stuff, and it still won't work.

Try asking around in relicnews(use google), they are the biggest HW forums around....
