When I'm typing, suddenly the File (the bit with the Save As, Open, etc.) suddenly opens for no apparent reason. What the fuck do I do?

It may think that you've got a function key held down. Hit Alt and Control a few times.

Sticky keyboards will do that to you, always make sure you've got pleanty of tissues available.
