Browser Search Enhancements

Just about once every time I go online, the firewall message box comes up asking whether to allow this program acess to the internet. I don't know what this is, I don't like what it sounds like, but I've run two different spyware cleaners, cleaned out the cookie and temp folders, and it still comes back. What is it, and how do I kill it?
