I downloaded a few Torrent seeds off SuprNova (nothing illegal) and attempted to download the files (there's about 8 or 9). One or two work, but for the rest I get "Problem Connecting To Tracker - Operation Timed Out" errors.
What's causing this? Is there a way to fix it?

The tracker is having a problem. Either that or it doesn't like your BT client.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

Several things.
1) The tracker is down. Suprnova, to put it simply, sucks ass.
2) Your ISP has decided to be pricks and have blocked BT traffic or ports 6881-6889.
3) Your router is not configured to pass ports 6881-6889, or your firewall is blocking them. Configure your router to forward said ports to your computer or tell your firewall to open them.
4) The tracker you're trying to connect to requires your IP to be on the 'OK' list. Some BT clients may just report 'can't connec to tracker', while some will actually report a 'You don't have permission' error.
Seeing as how a some of the torrents work, chances are it's #1, with a possibility of #4 if you've got a crappy client.
