Just wondering if anyone plays FFXI here. If so, which server, and what levels/jobs are you?

I'm on Carbuncle server, and I'm currentely 60 Summoner/30 White Mage.
I also have a 51 Dark Knight/25 Warrior, but, I put that on the back-burner since I can't seem to get any groups with melee characters.

I played Final Fantasy XI. I was a level 15 red mage from Bastok. Hume, male. On the Ramuh server.

MMOs just aren't my thing, even though Final Fantasy is. All in all, the emphasis on teamwork combined with the stupidity of the other players killed it for me. The glacial pace of leveling and the scarcity of gil didn't help matters much either.

I agree. I was disappointed with the pace of leveling up, and the gil issue, so I also lost interest.
