What Graphic Card should I get?

I've planned buying a new computer at the end of August, to replace the old one I'm using now. As usually, the part that is the hardest to decide on is the video card. I'm planning to do some gaming on the new computer, although I'm not aiming for top resolutions and FSAA. Also I want to keep it at a price at low as possible.

I was thinking to go for a Radeon 9600 or 9600 Pro. The XT versions are a bit over my budget, so this would be the upper limit for the moment.

As far as I know for now I shoud stay away from SE variants and 64 bits memory busses. However there are some things I don't know and I'd like to ask your opinion:

First I've found a GeCube card powered by Radeon 9600 Pro Lite. What does Lite stand for?
Or a Gigabyte Radeon 9600 DH. Same question about the DH thing.

IMPORTANT: Please don't post links with products from the web, as I can't buy online. And in Romania prices for computer parts are a bit weird (some stupid taxes and the interest for profit of the computer shops).

Never heard the DH designation (dual head?), and Pro Lite smells like "SE" to me. The 9600 is a pretty good card, except for the "SE" versions obviously, and I see no reason to consider another class of card if your budget would cover this.

Also I would consider the nVidia alternative.

FX5600 or FX5700 ... Which one is better? For these I know that the best would be an Ultra model, but not too much else.
