I'm trying to make pictures of screen caps from some older video games such as Doom by using Prt Scrn and then pasting into Photoshop. All I get is a posterized mess. Any suggestions on adjustments I should make? Thanks!

Most old video games have their own built in screen cap function. If you try to use windows' screen cap function, you'll end up getting a mess because the game runs off a palette, and the palette is different between the game and your desktop.
