Use the money to buy the sleeping pills. Basically, you need to constantly pleasure her. If she's about to wake up, apply the pills and don't stop.

Basically, you have to do things in a certain order within a certain timeframe.

That's one way to do it. Of course, you only get partial points, and probably get an F for performance. When you finish the game, it'll show you what you did and didn't do. Play again and try to get everything.
