Is there any good websites for such a faq? I found two, but they're a bit too technical for me.
Is there any one that most particularly address stuff like the remarks that pop up saying something like "Problem connecting to tracker-urlopen error 06(Connection refused)

That bit means that you either need to sign up for the tracker (goto the tracker adress) or that the tracker is down.
Also I would recomend that you use a client like azureus. If you wait a bit I will put up a guide to it that might help.
EDIT:
Here it is +

EDIT: I also did not make this I just got it from some site a long time ago

I get that, the download usually restarts itself though after a bit... Just means the tracker is down

what tracker are you using? the default one sucks ass, but trackers like BitTornado and BitSpirit are pretty decent.
