I recently just set up my bran spanking new-PC in my dorm room, and I've got a question: how do I take screenshots?
I knew how to do it on a mac, but now that I've got a PC, I'm a little bit in the dark. So what do I do?

Hit CTRL-Print Screen, which will copy the contents of the screen into the clipboard and then you can use some graphics program to save it.

Or just "Print Screen" by itself.

Print Screen = capture whole screen
Alt + Print Screen = capture active window only

You mean ALT Printscreen. CTRL Printscreen is the same thing as just hitting printscreen. It captures everything instead of just the active window.
