Anyone Familiar with liveswif?

Is anyone familiar with liveswif around here? Their forums are absolutely useless and I can't seem to find any type of usefull tutorials any where on the net. Add to that the ambigiously labled buttons and their poorly defined functions and you can see my problem. So, does anyone here use lifeswif, and, if so, how do you do somebasic functions (other than the whole draw frames in something else and stick each fram in it's own frame deal).
