For some unfathomable reason, i've met a grand total of four players in Dawn of War who use the Swastika as their army symbol. Needless to say, it makes fighting them just a wee bit easier , as well as being more than a bit tasteless.

(Warning, large screenshots!)

Pic the first.

Pic the second.

And an otherwise unrelated pic from the same match as image #1.

...Interesting, to say the least. I used a custom badge for my own tabletop Chapter for awhile in beta, but I rarely play Marines in retail now (as there is an overpopulation of Marine players... yay for overpowered Dreadnoughts).

But oh, the joy of dropping three dreads into the back of a lightly defended Ork base while the Warboss is concentrating on the offensive. :D

I'm rather fond of Eldar, just for stylistic issues, but when I get around to playing Multi, I'm going to have to run Marines with an 'Intel Inside' logo. Because, I mean...Intel Inside...on a suit of powered battle armor.

So would this mean Chaos power armour runs on overclocked AMD's?
Though I guess the real question would be which side uses Windows 40k to run the suits systems.

Space Marine battle-armor works reliably for centuries on end, if properly maintained. That rules out it being in any way a Microsoft product.

As for my own logo, I have a NERV themed unit. The Nerv Logo serves as my badge and banner. I'll see if I can get a screenie later.
