There seems to be two versions of that trailer going around, each with a slightly different backing track, though I don't think any of the actual content is any different.

The blank page is due to an interstitial ad being blocked mid-load; you end up with just the white background and no means of moving onwards, as the "skip ad" button is killed as well. You should have picked up the IGN cookie from the ad, however, which is why a reload will let you through.
