Right, I got Rome Total War today, cleared off a large swath of my Hard Drive, and then installed it. But now I'm having trouble with the game, it's really only two things, but they are big things:

1. My audio starts skipping in the opening cut-scenes, and annoys the hell out of me.

2. R;TW quits on me, the first time was when it was loading the introductory battle, and then it just went caput after the load screen was fully loaded, and went away. The other two times were when I hit escape to cut the intro cut scene of the program, and it just cut to the desktop, with no game in sight.

Totalwar.com doesn't seem to have any support up for the game, so I come to you guys to help me out.

Yes, and I think so.

ARGH! Turns out that I don't have enough RAM, which sucks because the demo worked just fine.

Right, I upgraded my fine little computer and now it has 256 MB of Ram, but I'm still getting problems.

Please, any help you can give me would be nice.

Get more than 265 Mb. Hell in my wee machine i have a gig, in this machine a 3 X 512 Mb.
