It makes fun of all the lamers who infest Counter-Strike servers. The movie goes through a typical lamer's day in life, featuring him talking in a very nasal voice that implies he's never seen the light of day, and then you get to see his reaction to an actual CS player coming along and raining on his parade.

Very funny, but annoying if you hear it too much.
