Is it any good? I have Superpower and quite enjoy it but I do find it annoying at times. But is it better than the original?

Ooh, another Superpower player. I don't have the second one yet, but from what I understand, SP2 looks like a huge step above. IE, they took the money from SP1 and hired some more programmers. I know the map is now a zoomable 3D globe, for example, and you can do things like ban specific political parties or religions.

I bought it- its not a bad game if your into Geo-Political sims. Or if you like Nuking stuff..

First game was utter shit. Russia not selling you anything? BULLSHIT

First game had highly broken combat and combat AI. /highly/ broken. Was cool up until you actually threw the first punch, after that it was awful. I've got high hopes for Superpower 2, but no broadband, so no 170-meg demo for me.

You need an arms sale treaty, which isn't particularly hard to get.
