I was going to get World of Warcraft, but with my current funds and twitchy internet, it looks like a no-go.

I pre-ordered it a few months back, if I plan to play it is quite another thing entirely

I came out of EQ very displeased, unless SOE can acutally prove that it's made a good game, I'll stick with WoW.

Nope. Never was a fan of EverQuest so I think I'll stick with AO for now.

Still having too much fun with city of heros right now to consider eq2.
oh and a heads up on this, If you have a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 4000 video card like me, EQ2 wont run on it... was gonna be in beta but they sent me an email telling me about that. And it will never work on that card. So i'll prolly be on city of villans when i get a new computer anyways

EverQuest is the spawn of Satan. Consequently, no.

No, the original sucked and number II looks like it sucks.
I'll probably get WoW though.

I did the whole MMORPG thing for awhile, and discovered they were a
massvie waste of time, when I could be doing something more interesting. Like blowing up things in Starcraft

Say it isn't so! I was dragged away from GTA by a girl in a cheerleader outfit and I felt so *dirty*, like I was *cheating* or something....

I do. I pre-ordered it, and a whole bunch of my friends are all gonna be signing up and playing, so why not?

EQ 2 takes mmorpgs way too far, to me it's for people who want to escape from reality forever
. They don't balance the time sinks and grinding at all.

Currently I'm trying to get into the not-so-open open beta of WoW.

Getting EQ2 is a good idea if you want to forget what the sun, fresh air, and tits feel like for the next 3 years of your life.

Heh. If I can ever get past the character creation screen. Also, what the FUCK is with the character models? Was there a rule at SCEA that all PC models must be ass-end-of-a-rabid-hyena ugly? fucking A, man...
