Awright, so when I dl movie clips from a p2p client (nothing illegal, mind you) 9 times out of 10 it says it is "acquiring license" which it then fails to acquire, preventing the clip from playing.
So...eh?

Sounds like stupid shitheads encoding it into wma format and leaving the "Copy protect music" option on! This locks the music so it can only be decoded on the person who ripped it's computer.
