StarDestroyer.Net BBS

There are two of these in my processes, WebRebates0.exe and WebRebates1.exe. They just sound suspicious to me. Is there anything to be worried about here?

Take them out and post a HiJack this log.

It's spyware. Download HijackThis, post the log here, clean up, and then run Spybot S&D.
