Christof is now the bad guy? And it just ends like that??? He tries to redeems himself and walks the path of humanitas and it's thrown away like cheap trash? The ending of the game pisses me off to no end.
Does the sequel "Broodlines" continue where Redemption ended or is it a totally new story?
EDIT: Doesn't it seem that in quite a few games, that in the end the good guy ends up bad?

You DO know that the game has three endings, right?
The one you got was one of the bad ones. Did you by any chance drink from a heart of one of the bosses at one point in the game? (The one where you need to destroy her heart seperately from the body) That will make the good ending unavailable. Even with full Humanity.
The one I got Christof beat the big nasty (with a rocket launcer) and got the girl at the end. I think the Embraced her or something like that.
I think that was the good one. Not sure, but at least it seems more good than the one you got.

There's three endings (Evil, not-so-Evil, and Best), and it sounds like you got the worst one (if you wanted a "Good" ending).Enigma wrote:Christof is now the bad guy? And it just ends like that??? Haha, you got the 'Christof is an evil muthafucka' ending. Mind you, I didn't like that particular ending myself, as it is depressing, even for someone who played the game like a badass just to see the evil ending.Enigma wrote:Christof is now the bad guy? What about Pink? In the other endings, does Christof get to kill him? I wanted Pink to die a horrible death.GrandMasterTerwynn wrote:Haha, you got the 'Christof is an evil muthafucka' ending. Nope, Pink survives regardless of what happens.Enigma wrote:What about Pink? In the other endings, does Christof get to kill him? Damn!! I really wanted him to die. I hope he shows up in "Bloodlines" only to be staked.GrandMasterTerwynn wrote:Nope, Pink survives regardless of what happens.Enigma wrote:What about Pink?
