IP Addresses

I've had a problem recently with a troll on my livejournal, who is posting anonymously. Rather than just block anon postings (which means legit posters wouldn't be able to), I'd rather have a bit of fun with the troll, by letting them know that I know where they live and what they're name is. I've tried some IP address check sites, but they only seem to bring up the name of the service provider. Does anyone know where I can find a good site for tracking the idiot?

Goto your DOS prompt (Command Prompt if you're running NT/2000/XP) and type:

tracert *insert IP address here*

However, that won't impress the offending troll that you know where he/she lives. Just ban the stupid tard and be done with it. Just keep in mind what attention whores crave the most. Attention.
