Xbox memory card question.

How do you transfer a saved file from the xbox hard disk to the memory card? The memory card instructions say to read the xbox instructions, and I threw those away years ago. So does anyone know how to do that?

I don't have a memory card, but IIRC if you have one plugged in, and go to the list of save games in the Xbox menu, one of the options (along with delete) will be COPY.
Or you can play the game, load the save game and then save to the card.

It's about the shitties method I've ever seen. You go through your XBox console and go to memory. then you do a save file from there. It's fairly simple once you figure it out, but the point you can't go through the game and do all of this makes it fucking rediculous.
