The Force problem

Well in SW games were you play a Jedi get these weird visuals when you use some Force powers (like Force Push) that you don't see in the movies, is there a way explain these as anything other then game mechanics. (I think that they a visual repecentation of the Force that only Force aware people can see, does this make any sence or should I just shut the fuck up. :wink: )

I always figured it to be, as you say, a visual representation. I mean, you can't very well give the player access to sense mystical energies in real life. Giving them visual feedback is the next best thing.

I agree. In the latter three movies, the only clue is generally a refrain of "May the Force Be With You," whereas in the prequel movie we get a little "woosh" sound similar to that played in the games. There are several instances of this in the Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon/Maul fight.
