I assume that there are many of you who noticed that there were a few things that were cut from the game. The mysterious droid factory where all the HK-50s were coming from being one of them. Most important of all though, was the pretty lame ending after hours and hours of play. While it is only script that has been posted ( Read HighPriest's post a few replys down), just sit back, relax, and pretend you actually saw it in video.

Ok, the ending of the game makes a little bit more sense now...in that most of the ending was actually cut.
But I wonder why they still left in the parts with Mira and the Wookie Bounty Hunter, and the Remote and the Goto Droid near the end. If they left in the original ending, then i could see why, but right now, those parts really have no effect on the outcome of the game.

Well, I just beat it. All I can say is... it just isn't the original. All this cut stuff probably contributes to that factor. If they are going for a trilogy and this is the "middle movement" like ESB, it still doesn't quite jive. I was very disappointed with the latter half or so of the game. Too rushed, too confusing, and even now that I've sorted it out, not very satisfying, either.

It's truly disappointing to say the least. For the first third of the game I was too busy comparing it to the original. During the middle third I came to appreciate what Obsidian had done quite a bit. I still missed some aspects of the original but I was thoroughly engaged in the plot(s). As for the end, I assumed that it was because I made some hasty dialogue choices - plus rushing through a few planets. (My order of things: Peragus > Telos > Nar Shadaa > Korriban > Dantooine > Dxun/Onduran > Dantooine > Dxun/Onduran > Malachor V - I rushed the second visit to Dxun/Onduran.)
Then through the StarwarsKnights fora I find that there was a lot left out. (On top of finding out about some nifty tools.) I'm hoping there'll be a major patch for this but I'm not holding my breath.
