What, if any, technical news sites do you guys read? I'm particularly interested in hardware and network security, and just never really thought about finding news sites for them until uni mentioned it. Give me the skinny! :D

Well, I've heard good things about Secunia. There's also Slashdot...

LOL As a collection of links, perhaps. I'm not impressed with the state of Slashdot these days :)

Secunia is a virus-news site, isn't it?

Slashdot for Linux stuff, MacRumors and the MacWorld boards for Apple stuff. ds.ign.com and dslinux.com for DS stuff, though I don't really trust IGN anymore. The XLink boards had a few people that collected DS news and posted them, but those dang mods over there (seriously, the XLink mods are very stubborn, frustrating people. Worse than the SD.net ones! Er, pretend I didn't say that  ) closed off the DS section.

I've got general IT news sources, but I guess I'm looking for a way to keep up with network-related hardware and software developments without having to wade through rivers of 'US t3h suxxs LOL' posts on Slashdot. I'm not aware of anywhere my knowledge is out of date, but its been pointed out I *wouldn't* know unless I read the news.

and of course there's always Wired News, which i'm surprised nobody mentioned.
