Ok in Windows 2000 I could change the background colour for the text area on my Icons. But now with Windows XP its like im stuck with having a transparent background and white Icon text and the only thing that prevents the text from blending into the desktop image is a slight shadowing effect around the text. (and the shadowing on the text does next to nothing when I have a mostly white desktop image)
Is their a way to give the text on my icons a different background colour so I can read them better and so it doesnt blend in with my desktop image so much? With windows 2000 it was easy to change it but I can't seem to find out how to do it with Windows XP.
