THis problem is starting to annoy me now. Everynow and again, for some reason the mouse pointer will suddenly shoot off to the top right of the screen, and since it normally happens just as i'm clicking the LMB it closes the window i'm looking at.
I'm pretty sure this si to do with the network as it has happened on just about every computer i've used at uni.

Anyone know what's causing it and if i can stop it without having to take anything apart or mess around too much? I doubt the uni IT guys wouls like me messing up the network.

This happens to me ALL the time (on university computers), it happens just as I click too so I end up closing the damned window!

So, I can sympathise. Bloody shite.

That's really kinda weird.

Bad mice are nothing compared to the Sun Keyboards of Doom. Our Unix labs use them and they're horrible to use, random keys moved about >_<

Are they the ones with pop-off keycaps? That people like to mix around, because it's fun.
