WOO HOO!! Leaving tomorrow morning for San Francisco. I could only afford the Expo pass with my measly student budget but I got a contact there that will try to help me get into some of the talks and workshops (My professor's husband).

Personally, I'm kind of nervous being the first time attending it. I am told there are a bunch of companies out there who are accepting interviews and on-site interviews for different positions, including internships. I feel so small being a student in the midst of professionals.

By any chance, is anyone else going? Or is anyone here actually in the game development industry? Just thought I'd ask.

You must view a demo of Ageia's PhysX unit, and report back on its awesomeness or lack thereof. Failing that, at least see how much they expect it to cost the consumer. Inquiring minds must know!

Sweet, tell me if Nintendo mentions anything about the Revolution or the GBA2. I'm sorta hoping the GBA2 rumor is false.

I'm not sure about the difference in quality, but you can get the new Zelda trailer here as well. The "High Bandwidth" version is 30mb, and I just copied it from "Temporary Internet Files" so I can play it offline.

The IGN one is only 10 MB. Downloading!

I am proud to have been a nintendo fan since the old NES days.....
(it just took me awhile to get a GC..like it did with the PS2....and the Xbox...)

If it plays half as great as it looks....damn we're in for a great game.

So... Anyone have a guess as to what the gimmick is in this Zelda? I have this sneaking suspicion that we've been shown it in this trailer, only in tiny amounts.

My guess? The scene with the ghosts and the wolf at the end. I seem to remember that Discworld Noir had a scent system where you could see scents as colored bands of air. Look what's behind the ghosts...

Could Link be shapeshifting in this one? Like, say... into a wolf?

I don't suppose anyone would have a HQ of Iwata's speech, would they? IGN has a LQ one for non-insiders, but at those sizes (7 50mb+ files), I'd rather just get the HQ ones and be done with it.
