The real game talk starts on the second page and it is sounding frikkin awesome!

The complete, controlled (artificial) evolution of an organism where you can make whatever descions you want, from a blob all the way up to exploring the universe.

The only downside i can see is that idiots will try and use it to disprove evolution.

sounds like a very interesting game, from bacteria to spaceflight....

impressive, especially since it's all dynamically created.

now I want to take a closer look at this title

Sounds intresting, but unless it has more then a cool concept, he'll be making his next next game without my 50$.

That is fucking insane. The sheer amount of variability and scale is simply astounding. I felt like my head was going to explode with all the possibility.

hmm, I wonder what I'll have to do to get a race of demonic Carebears firing rainbows of DOOM...

The concept is very promesing indeed

This game sounds really interesting. I had heard rumors here and there about a "Sim Everything" kind of game in the works, but I'd dismissed those as just too far out.

And here it is. Spore. The game I didn't think was possible. I mean I knew that Will Wright was up to something big, but this is just way more that I could have thought of.

I look forward to creating creatures and have them take over the universe. I wonder if it's possible to create flying creatures... Well if you think of how big the game is, then flying creatures doesn't seem unlikely at all, probably with a lot of different kinds and number of wings, too.

I thought that no game could push the coming Legend of Zelda off the #1 spot on my wish list. Well I was wrong. Spore just did.

This could be very cool. I was actually musing the other day about wanting a game where I could conquer the entire fucking universe, and here we are. Is anyone else kicking around ideas for the best genetically-engineered Galactic Empire, so you can run around conquering, colonizing, and BDZing?

gamespy listed it as PC, but I'm sure it'll also be available for the next gen consoles.

Will Wright's creatures only had three legs and no arms. It walked oddly and used its tail to manipulate objects.
