Dedicated server advice (US)

Can anyone in the US recommend any good companies for dedicated servers? I'm considering renting a low-end dedicated server in the US as it's so much cheaper than UK prices, especially given the exchange rates situation. Don't need anything fancy, but it'll have to be Win2003 for certain apps I have. Obviously I need someone who I can deal with remotely.

1&1 hosting seems to be fairly reliable for dedicated servers. i'm not entirely sure about their OSes, but they go for less than a hundred bucks a month for the servers themselves.

Thanks for the tip Darth_Zod. But now I'm going to have to ask the same question again, because, unbelievably, 1&1 closed my account after a mere two weeks, claiming that I was distributing "adware" from the server and breaching ToS.
I've never once had this problem with UK providers in many years of distributing the exact same products, to literally hundreds of thousands of users, so it comes as a surprise to me. Any help on this one would be much appreciated, because as you can imagine I have a great deal of income at stake here.
So, anyone know any other US-based hosts, who are not so uptight about CoolWebSearch, Hotbar, Cydoor and iFallo-Pro (my best earning products) and won't mind me doing bulk email sending?

Don't know much about them though.
Wait... April Fools joke- you aren't really distributing spyware, aren't you?

Same... if he is distributing CWS, I'm in favour of an IP trace and a lynch mob to his house.
