My application to a federal body (the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) has gotten inital approval and I've recently started a Cert IV in Business Management (on their dime).

Some time at the end of May I have my final business plan and presentations/pitches to the selection panels due. And with any luck they will be approved and on July 1 2005, my studio (tentatively named SPQR Studios) will be launched. And with a lot of luck (and financing) a launch product - a "wiggas in the burbs" themed humourous/satire standalone card game will be launched 2-3 months down the track.
