Someone Help Me Identify This Wargame

I read about this game long ago, though where I don't know. It was an extremely realistic modern combat simulator, apparently used to train officers in the US Armed Forces. Didn't have any fancy graphics, just two sides ("Red" vs "Blue", I think), and counters representing the units. It was also supposed to extraordinarily difficult, reflecting its status as ultra realistic.

Can someone point me in the right direction? The only other thing I can recall is that the author of the article made some reference to using attack helicopters as "silver bullets" to help win a battle, but I don't think that helps any.

No. Full Spectrum Warrior is for training lower ranked officers who are actually in battle. Full Spectrum Command is the same for higher ranked officers.

Imagine FSW as the tactic shooter while FSC is the strategy game.

Here you go:

Well, Full Spectrum Command appears to include an FP mode, and some shiny graphical interfaces, and much higher performance reqs (I read about this thing 2 or 3 years ago), so I don't think it's the one. It looks interesting, though, I wish I knew where I could get it.
