Epic of Tamaria
The Epic of Tamaria is a grand oddysey of great heroes and villains, of monsters and wizards and gods that roamed the world of Tamarai.
Tamaria is seven times the size of Earth, with greatly diverging terrain and climates, with many cultures. The gods rule the Earth directly in their sacred places, and there are few mortal rulers. The planet is in a state of great irony, as the most powerful mortals have conspired for the first time in millenia to over throw the very Gods. Tamaria's magic is non-supernatural in the sense that while it is paranormal, it is not witchcraft, and is scientificaly explainable in the incalculable future. Even the Gods who think they are gods are not gods. The dead of Tamaria are actually not spirits or souls, but the life forces and essences of those who have died. What Tamarians believe to be Heaven and Hell are located on the planet it'self. Travels to neighboring worlds are possible on metal spheres with solar sails, and colonizations of other planets are possible through magical terraforming. This has lead to the first magicless alien invasions by the Tamarian's first enemies.
